Our mission
Help women recover from addiction and reclaim their lives. We believe lasting recovery requires healing the whole person — body, mind, and spirit.
Addiction rarely exists on its own. It is usually tied to trauma, mental health struggles, and broken relationships. That's why our program goes beyond detox and sobriety to address the root causes. When women leave the Refuge, they leave stronger, healthier, and ready to step into a brighter future.
We offer a full continuum of care, including medically supervised detox, 60-day residential treatment, 8-month outpatient therapy, and sober living. We also offer an online intensive outpatient program for women who cannot attend in person.

We treat substance use disorders in adult women — including alcohol, opioids, methamphetamine, cocaine, benzodiazepines, and prescription drugs — alongside the trauma, anxiety, and depression that so often travel with them.
We're women-only, faith-based, and built specifically for the way women heal. Many of our staff are in recovery themselves. Our continuum — detox, 60-day residential, 8-month IOP, sober living, and the Sober Sisters alumni community — keeps you supported long after you walk out the door.
Renaissance Refuge is the women's-only Idaho program of Renaissance Ranch. Renaissance Ranch operates men's programs across Utah and Idaho. Same family, same standards — different homes, designed for the people inside them.
Our residential and detox program is in Heyburn, Idaho. Our intensive outpatient and sober living homes are in Burley, Idaho. We also offer an online IOP for Idaho residents.
Yes — and it's gentle. Our program is Gospel-centered and 12-Step rooted, alongside evidence-based clinical care. You don't need any particular religious background to belong here.

Admissions runs 24/7. Most women begin within 24–72 hours of their first call. If you're ready, we're ready.
